About this profile
Project managers keep engineering delivery on track: scope, milestones, risks and communication with the customer.
You would work alongside the design team and the customer's project organisation, with a focus on practical follow-up.
What you would work on
- Plan milestones and keep the scope aligned with the customer
- Track progress, risks and open issues
- Report status clearly to the customer and the team
- Agree priorities and responsibilities between disciplines
- Support the handover of drawings and documents
What we look for
- Experience managing engineering or technical projects
- Good planning and communication skills
- Clear written and spoken English
Nice to have
- A technical background in industrial or marine projects
- Experience of projects that involve several engineering disciplines
- Finnish or Estonian
How we work
- Remote engineering. Contribute to agreed engineering tasks with the tools and communication needed for the work.
- On-site support when agreed. Some assignments may involve customer meetings, workshops, or site support.
- Clear responsibilities. Agree priorities, communicate progress, and raise technical questions early.
- Customer-team integration. Work with customer engineers and follow their project requirements and processes.
